The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office - Excellent administrative and communication skills - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Verifying Insurance, sending claims, (billing would be a plus but not a requirement).
-Ability and willing to work in the back as a dental assistant when needed (ideal).
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as patient record management - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
