Summary:
This position is responsible for answering phone calls and greeting customers to route them appropriately for their need through knowledge of sales staff schedules, appointments, and sales que.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greet arriving guest Operate, update and review Excel based technician dispatch schedule Perform weekly unit inventory/scanning Answer all phone calls coming into service & sales support area in a timely manner Assist customers with whom they need to speak and routes calls accordingly.
Help guests who appear to have a problem by getting them to the right person ASAP.
Attend all company required meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Professional in appearance and conduct.
Excellent time management and problem solving skills Excellent organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Availability to work in excess of 40 hours a week including nights and weekends, with little to no advance notice Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time Ability to sit and work on a computer, looking at a monitor for extended periods of time Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation EDUCATION:
oHS Diploma or equivalentCOMPUTER SKILLS:
oBasic skills with MS Word, Excel, and OutlookoAccurate keyboarding skills minimum 30 wpmoKnowledge of company software systems Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Coordinating English Expediting Interpersonal Communications Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
