Woodland, WA JOB PURPOSE.
To create and maintain efficient operations by keeping equipment, machinery, and building in proper working order at a cannabis greenhouse.
Inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance to increase performance and maintain value of all assets.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Must have basic tool knowledge Must have basic mechanical and construction experience Perform assembly, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical equipment Perform general greenhouse maintenance Maintain irrigation systems, along with building additions to irrigation systems Maintain grow room equipment, along with building additions to grow rooms Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, willingness for on-call duties Positive attitude and willingness to help with any task that may come up Other tasks as assigned KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Ability to listen attentively to direction and execute direction given accordingly Ability to problem solve and critically assess a variety of scenarios Ability to communicate concisely and effectively when an issue arises with maintenance supervisor and company owner Strong sense of urgency and motivation to accomplish projects on time, or ahead of schedule WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 60
pounds and be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop for a variety of tasks.
